"Hija de la Selva" (Daughter of the Jungle) is a soft, not overwhelming, unsmoked yerba. Awesome smell and a superb packaging. Great quality yellow linen bag. The great thing about this yerba is that you can play with different intensities as you change the water temperature. Normally all yerbas are stronger with gentle warm water but this one gets stronger than the average. If you like it softer, then you need hot water (not boiling!). Since this yerba has a gentle "bitter" vibe, it will be the best choice for adding some stevia leaves (recommended), dried orange peel, honey or sugar. Always remember it's taste will slightly vary as well if you change your mate cup and/or bombilla, it is fun to experiment!
