The genus Ilex to which yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis) belongs, consists of more than 500 species. One of them, Ilex dumosa, has less mateine / caffeine content: between 9-10 times lower than those of Ilex paraguariensis (regular yerba mate).
Union "Relax" combines ilex paraguariensis (30%) & ilex dumosa (70%) and gets this excellent product, ideal for people who are sensitive to mateine.
